Nov. 3 - The University Police Department (UPD) responding to a report of criminal tampering in the third degree on Empire Commons’ grounds. This individual tampered with the property of another person with the intent to cause substantial inconvenience to another person. This investigation is ongoing.


Nov. 4 - UPD responded to a report of unlawful dissemination (intent to cause harm to the emotional, physical, or financial welfare of another person) on Empire Commons. The investigation is ongoing.


Nov. 5 - UPD responded to a report of third-degree criminal mischief in Clinton Hall on Colonial Quad, with $250 worth of property damage to a university bathroom. The investigation is ongoing.


Nov. 7 - UPD arrested a mentally ill person potentially in crisis, the person was likely believed to harm someone. The individual was transported for medical evaluation.


Nov. 9 - UPD responded to a report of petit larceny (criminal possession of property under $1,000) in the main library on campus. This investigation is ongoing.
